GET BACK UP! GO BACK TO CHURCH!

As Christians, we can have a good stretch of everything is going well with our daily walk, and then we hit a bump in the road. we do something that we deeply regret, and we suddenly feel guilty and unworthy. We ask ourselves, how can we ever bounce back? This one bump in the road can change your life for the worse if you let it. It can lead to depression or anxiety, and it will lead to skipping church or quitting altogether. Just like riding a bike and falling, you have to get back up and move on.

We are humans and we are not perfect so we are going to fail. The greatest inventions in history did happen without multiple failures. Sometimes, we must ask ourselves what we are trying to accomplish and if it's worth it. In the song The Gambler by the Late Kenny Rogers, it was said, "Know when to Hold Them know when to Fold them". Even in the most addictive and dangerous hobbies, you have to know when something is not working, and it's time to move on and try something new

When you have a bad day at work!

Go back the next day!

If you have a car accident

Take it slow but

Get back in the driver's seat

When you have a big argument with someone and feelings are hurt. accept the apology or say you're sorry and salvage the relationship.

When the whole week has been bad, and you don't think God is listening,

Pray and go to Church on Sunday

Corinthians 15:31 Paul said "I die Daily"

Paul used this phrase to express that he saw his life as a daily death to himself. He believed that he must die to himself, his rights, and his desire to be his own boss. He faced many persecutions and unimaginable suffering for the sake of the gospel.

As a Christian and churchgoer, it is heartbreaking to see someone quit church over church hurt. Something goes wrong, and your feelings get hurt. it is bad enough when they switch churches, but when they just totally give up on God, that is the worse thing anyone could do.

In 1st Samuel, David was anointed king, but some Bible scholars say that because of his trials and errors, he had to wait 20 years. But during those years, David never gave up on God; he pushed on until he became King of Israel.

Numbers 20 Moses struck the rock instead of speaking to it when he was frustrated with the Israelites and God did not allow him to go into the land of milk and honey but he still loved God.

DO NOT EVER GIVE UP ON GOD!
