Rebuilding My Blogging Habits

I'm struggling to revive my old blogging routine. In the past, I effortlessly published two or three posts daily. However, life had other plans. After my father's passing, I moved in with my mother to support her, which has been challenging. Her health issues weigh heavily on me. My main obstacle? Lack of personal alone time. I've realized that self-care is crucial. Being kind to others shouldn't come at the cost of burnout. When I stop functioning, I'm not helping anyone. I've made space for myself, even finding joy in 21 visits to Cedar Point this summer (one more trip planned before the season ends!). Improving my grammar and punctuation has been a hurdle. Thankfully, free tools like Meta on Messenger have been helpful. What I truly need is peace and quiet while writing – a luxury since my move. As I adjust my routine, retirement looms at the end of the year, promising more opportunities to rediscover my writing rhythm. To my loyal followers, hang in there – I'll be back soon!
